A Well - it IS elastic!

Q Why can't I find the bead I'm looking for in the web-shop?
A If any item is out of stock it doesn't show in the web-shop.

Q How much is postage?
A Added at checkout, postage is a sliding scale starting at £2 for orders under £10. The full list of rates is shown on the 'Terms' page

Q When will my order be despatched?
A I despatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Goods are shipped as soon as possible and usually within the 'Terms' page constraint.

Q What is the P&P charge for, apart from stamps?
A The P&P is inclusive of complete order processing, mail bags, tissue paper, bubble wrap, boxes, petrol, parking etc. but you will never pay more than the original charged amount.
